COMPETITION RULES WTF SYSTEM :- using ESS /PSS

1) Kyorugi Seniors & Juniors Cadet / Super Cadet

2) Poomsae

3) Breaking Full contact knockout elimination tournament comprising 3 rounds of 2 minutes each round and 1 minute rest. 2 rounds of 1 ½ minutes with 45 seconds rest. Cut-Off WTF system.

Age 9 – 11 Years - Super Cadet

12 – 14 Years - Cadet

15 – 17 Years – Junior

16 years and above – Senior
