SPARRING EVENT:

Only allow to kick onto vest only.

i Category A (9 – 11 years JUNIOR & SENIOR) – Boys & Girls 1 ½ minutes x 2 rounds x 30 sec rest FULL CONTACT KNOCK – OUT SPARRING SYSTEM

ii. Category B (12 – 14 years) – Male & Female 2 minutes x 2 rounds x 30 sec rest

iii. Category C (15 - 17 years) – Male & Female iv. Category Open ( above 16 years) – Male & Female (PSS SYSTEM) 2 minutes x 3 rounds x 30 sec rest.

POOMSAE EVENT:

i. Individual Event (Male & Female) Medals will be awarded to the winners of each division. 1 gold x 1 silver x 2 bronze medals

ii. Mix Pair Event (Male & Female) Medals will be awarded to the winners of each division. 1 gold(x2) x 1 silver(x2) x 2 bronze medals(x4)

iii. Division Trophies will be awarded as Champion, 1st Runner-Up & 2nd Runner-Up

No limits to the number of team entries. Only TM/WTF approved attire is allowed.
